Todd grew up in Warwick and recently moved to South Kingstown where he lives with his wife Donna and daughters Jessica and Danielle.  Donna is and accountant and an Enrolled Agent with the Internal Revenue Service.  His daughters are enrolled in the South Kingstown school system.
